Terms And Conditions

Payment of regular lessons must be paid no later than the Friday before lessons are to commence. This is for both monthly and bi-weekly payment plans. Payment of academic term/school holiday courses must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the start date of that particular course.

For example, if your lessons are to begin Wednesday, April 10^th, 2020, your payment must be completed by Friday April 5^th, 2024. 

If your fall term begins August 5^th, 2024, your payment must be made by July 21st, 2024.

If you need to cancel a class, please contact us at least four (4) hours before class is set to begin. Class will automatically be rescheduled for a regular day of your schedule at the end of your original end date.

For example, if your monthly session began on Monday May 4^th, 2020 on a Monday/Wednesday schedule and you needed to cancel Wednesday May 13^th, 2020, your makeup class would be automatically rescheduled to Monday June 1^st , 2020.

Should you wish to reschedule classes for a different day outside of your regular schedule, please contact us first to discuss, so as not to interfere with other students’ arrangements.

At present we offer sibling/family discounts based on the number of students simultaneously enrolled in classes.

Our referral discount is set at 10% off for a month for Student and their referred Student Friend enrolled in classes.

In the case of Salons: Tickets purchased for events are refundable up to 2 calendar days before the event.

In the case of Seminars: Tickets purchased for events are refundable up to 7 calendar days before the event.

Any participant that does not follow the event specific rules may be asked to leave the event with no refund. Key Babel Institute employees reserve the right to determine the outcome of rules broken at any event hosted by us.
